Praiz is Now Available as a Remote MCP Tool in Dust
🎯 What is it?
Dust now supports Praiz as a connected remote MCP tool. Praiz is a meeting intelligence platform that records, transcribes, and analyzes your calls using AI — and you can now connect it directly to your Dust workspace. Once connected, your Dust agents can search meetings and retrieve full transcripts along with rich metadata: timelines, participant details, comments, templates, and usage statistics.
💡 Why is it useful?
Sales calls, customer success check-ins, and product interviews hold valuable insights — but those insights are usually locked inside recordings that no one goes back to read. With the Praiz integration, your Dust agents can tap into that conversation data on-demand, without you having to switch tools, copy-paste transcripts, or manually dig through recordings.
⚙️ How does it work?
Connect Praiz as a remote MCP server via OAuth in your Dust workspace. Once authenticated, any Dust agent you configure will be able to search your Praiz meetings and pull structured data from them — transcripts, timelines, participants, and more — directly within a Dust conversation or workflow.
✨ Concrete Use Cases
-
Account briefs: Ask a Dust agent to summarize everything discussed with a specific account over the last 3 months — objections raised, commitments made, open questions — and get a ready-to-use brief in seconds.
-
Automated follow-up drafts: After a sales or CS call, trigger a Dust agent to retrieve the Praiz transcript, extract key action items and next steps, and generate a personalized follow-up email.
-
CRM note generation: Use a Dust agent to pull structured data from a Praiz meeting and draft a CRM update ready to be pasted or pushed via another integration.
📈 Benefits for you
Your call data stops being a passive archive and becomes an active part of your AI workflows.
🚀 How to access it?
- Go to Spaces → Tools in your Dust workspace
- Search for Praiz in the available remote MCP tools
- Connect via OAuth — available to all workspaces
Note: You'll need an active Praiz account to authenticate.
