# I haven't received a login, or I am having trouble logging in

If you're experiencing login issues (first time joining workspace especially), please disable Chrome's Auto-translate feature and try again. This resolves the problem and allows normal workspace access. We're working on a permanent fix.

If you experience issues logging in, please send a message to your workspace Admin, or our team [support@dust.tt](mailto:support@dust.tt) will investigate.
