A strong builder community is crucial for successful Dust adoption. Here's how to identify, empower, and support your builders.

## Who should be a builder?

### Ideal candidates

* Employees with a deep understanding of their team workflow and know-how AND willing to learn new AI skills
* Department leads with efficiency objectives
* Anyone passionate about improving team efficiency

### Key qualities

* Problem-solving and/or tinkerer mindset
* Understanding of department workflows
* Willingness to share knowledge and help other team members

## Building your builders community

### 1. Identify builders

* Reach out directly to people you know could be interested or run a survey to identify who uses LLMs regularly
* Look across all departments or identify key teams depending on your chosen strategy
* Focus on enthusiasm and potential
* Welcome builders at all levels
