## Providers supported

### Google Meet transcripts

You need to activate the transcriptions in your Google Meet meetings to use this feature:

[Use Transcripts with Google Meet - Google Meet Help](https://support.google.com/meet/answer/12849897)

### Google Meet: prerequisites & troubleshooting

**How it works**

* Dust monitors new Google Meet transcript files in your personal Google Drive using the `drive.meet.readonly` scope. No specific folder is required; Google Meet typically stores files in the "Meet Recordings" folder.
* Detection is based on the transcript file name generated by Google Meet.

**Required setup**

* Enable Transcriptions in your Google Meet (see the link above).
* Connect your personal Google Drive in Dust so we can read your Meet transcript files.
* Make sure the correct agent is selected for Meeting Transcripts in Dust.
* You must be the meeting organizer: Google saves transcripts to the organizer's Drive, which is the account Dust watches.

**Common pitfall: "Transcription" + "Meeting notes"**

* If you select both "Transcription" and "Meeting notes" in Google Meet, Google generates a different document name that prevents Dust from detecting it.
* Recommendation: select only "Transcription" for meetings you want Dust to process automatically.

**If it's not working**

* Verify your Google Drive connection is active in Dust (disconnect/reconnect if needed).
* Check that the transcript file exists in your Drive (usually under "Meet Recordings").
* Confirm you were the meeting organizer.
* Ensure the intended agent is selected for Meeting Transcripts in Dust.
* If the above checks pass and it still doesn't trigger, contact [support@dust.tt](mailto:support@dust.tt) and include a link to an example transcript file.

### Notetaker apps

Dust works with several notetaker apps out of the box, like [Granola](https://www.granola.ai/) or [Fathom](https://www.fathom.ai/).

To install one, head over to Spaces in Dust and connect its MCP in a few clicks. You can then ask Dust questions about your meetings.

### Sales coaching tools

Connect Dust to your sales coaching platform to give agents full context on your sales performance, and ask for intel regarding ongoing deals.

#### [Gong.io](https://gong.io)

The first user setting up the Gong.io connection needs to be a Gong Technical administrator.

By default, the Gong connection syncs all transcripts across your Gong workspace aside from those marked as Private in Gong.

#### [Praiz.io](https://praiz.io)

Install the Praiz MCP in one click from Spaces in the Dust app.

## Examples & demo

*Usage examples*: Summarize meetings, extract customer feedbacks, rate a sales call, make sure the right tone was used, etc.
